Ancient village de Duong Lam, Office

Duong Lam ancient village's office (UBND Làng cổ Đường Lâm) is Ba Vi district, Ha Noi (about 45km from the centre of Ha Noi to the west). This is one of the villages that still preserves old houses and typical architecture of northern Vietnam, including Mia pagoda. The bricks used to build houses at this village are made of laterite (đá ong). There are about 300 houses built 3-4 centuries ago with lateritic bricks, narrow alleys, lateritic walls and roofing color.
