Temple de la littérature, Doctor Stele

Doctor Stele, Van Mieu Temple, Ha Noi - Doctor stele (Bia Tiến sĩ) or Turtle Steles with the names of those successful at the imperial exams. The stelae were erected between 1484 and 1780. The name, places of birth and achievements of top students in royal examinations were engraved on the backs of giant tortoises, are still standing today and it's recognised the world documentary relic by the UNESCO.
