The Elephant statue, in the Zoo of HCMC (Vietnam), was given by the Supreme King of Siam, SOMDECH PHRA PARAMINDR MAHA PRAJADHIPOK, as souvenir of his majesty's first visit to Indo-china, landed at Saigon on the 14th April 1930
