Centre-ville, Government Office

Government Office was built in 1896 by the design of architect A.B Hubback. It was formerly known as Old General Post Office. Next to the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, it was initiated by British Resident W.E Maxwell. It features leaf design roof tops and pediment, with polygonal corner stair tower.
