Centre-ville, Almoravid Koubba

The Almoravid Koubba (Koubba el Baroudiyine) is located opposite Ben Youssef Mosque, on the southern side of Place de la Kissaria in Marrakech. Koubba el Baroudiyine dates from the reign of Ali bin Youssef (1107-1143), and perhaps formed part of the toilet and ablutions facilities of the mosque that at the time existed nearby.
