Centre-ville, Esplanade Theatre

Esplanade Theatre is located on 6ha of waterfront land alongside Marina Bay near the mouth of the Singapore River. It is the centre for performing arts for the island nation of Singapore and contains a Concert Hall with 1,600 seats and a Theatre with about 2,000 seats for the performing arts. The building was designed by DP Architects (DPA) of Singapore and the London-based Michael Wilford & Partners (MWP).
