The most attractive edifice on Curetes Street built in the 2nd century AD, is the temple dedicated to Emperor Hadrian. In front, two columns with Corinthian capitals and two piers also with Corinthian capitals supported a semi-circular pediment at the sides. Statue bases with inscriptions in front of the temple belonged to the bronze statues of Diocletian, Maximian, Constantius, Cholorus and Galerius. Temple of Hadrian, Ephesus, Turkey.
