Ruins from midleages, in the forest, around village Cieszów, about 2-3 km from town Świebodzice (south-west Poland) near city Wałbrzych. The entrance is free, the castle is always opened. The castle was established by prince Bolko I Surowy, and here was the seat of świdnicko-jaworscy princes, later it was the seat of knights-robbers. In time of hussites wars was partly destroyed (XV age) and rebuilt, later in times of Swedish Invasion (XVII age)was destroyed and abandoned.
